✅ Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns and issue refunds only under the following conditions:
- Item arrived damaged, defective, or significantly different from its description.
- You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- A clear photo or video proof is required for damaged or incorrect items.
⚠️ Due to the nature of our products (personal care and beauty), we do not accept returns for change of mind, opened items, or items used for hygiene reasons.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer (wrong color/variant/quantity)
- Delays caused by shipping couriers or customs
- Packages returned due to incomplete or incorrect address
- Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
🔁 Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If the product is defective or damaged, we will send a replacement or issue a refund based on your preference.
